About Caroline…
I have worked as a nursing home manager for over ten years where I have enjoyed the challenge of overseeing both large and smaller homes.
As someone who had wanted to be a nurse from early childhood, I take great pleasure in being able to lead the way for change, respect and compassion for the older generation. I feel it is most important for us to remember we are working in their home and empower them to have a say in how their home feels, looks and how they would like to spend their days.
I look forward to building on the already well established good reputation Austenwood has, and making it a home where everyone would want their loved ones to live. Our door is always open, pop in for a cup of tea at any time!
